• Our Network is protected by Palo Alto Next Gen PA-440 Firewall with the added layer of security with subscriptions of Threat Prevention, Advanced URL Filtering, Wildfire, DNS Security, IOT Security and Global Protect.
• Our Server is protected with Trend Micro Cloud One™ Workload Security.
• Our Workstations are Protected with Trend Micro Vision One™ with Managed XDR.
• Removable Storage devices are restricted on our workstations.
• Personal Emails and Cloud Storage is Prohibited.
• Each Workstation has monitoring and tracking software installed to keep the track of an employee. Every 10 Seconds, a screenshot of Employee pc is taken and stored in monitoring Server.

Office Infrastructure:

• 24*7 CCTV surveillance throughout our facility for monitoring and securing our work environment.
• The Server room is Password-protected and only IT Team member with authorised access can enter.

Employee Check:

• Employees are hired after going through rigorous background checks.
• Being an Accounting & bookkeeping Service Provider, we understand the sensitivity of data shared by our client with us. All our employees are strictly bound with NDA.
• Employees are not allowed to carry Smart Devices on the operations Floor.
